Phnom Penh: A drunken Khmer man was left bleeding after an incident with foreigners near GSM on Street 51/154 at 3 am on February 8th.
The injured man, named as Vannak, 40, was very drunk and was giving unwarranted attention to a foreign woman.
A foreign man did not like this behaviour, and a shouting match broke out. After arguing, the foreigner pushed the local man, who slipped and hurt his head, mainly due to his drunken state.
Locals came to mediate and translate for the police, who decided to let the foreigners go back to where they were staying.
The injured man was invited to make a complaint, but refused.
