Sihanoukville: A Chinese woman was detained after cauisng “chaos and anarchy” on February 7, 2019 at the Point 22, Village 4, Sangkat 4.
Police then sent Wu Chunmei, a 30-year-old Chinese woman to the Immigration Department on Friday, February 8, 2019, at 12:00 pm.
Her exact crimes are not reported, but it is suggested she has mental health problems, and may have used drugs.
