Dead Man Weighed Down in Stung Treng
Stung Treng: At 6:30 pm on February 4, 2019, fishermen spotted a body floating in the river in Sesan district.
According to the source, the body was male and between 20 to 30 years old and 1.65 meters tall.
According to a police officer, the dead man had been beaten and tied up. An effort had been made to keep the corpse under water, as it was weighed down with large stones.
Presently, the body was handed over to village authorities. The case has similarities with another in Tbong Khmom last year.
