60 Year Old American Dies on St 172

Phnom Penh: Police were alerted to the smell coming from a rented room at 12:30 am on February 1, 2019. On inspection of the property at 45EoZ , Street 172/ Street 19, Khan Daun Penh a dead man was found. 

The victim was named (in Khmer press as) PAUL RENFRO HARBISON JR (possibly Harrison?), a 60-year-old American man, who lived in the rented apartment.

After the examination, the police did not confirm the cause, but it’s suspected he died of a heart attack. The body of the victim is now being held at Russian hospital waiting for authorities to search for relatives.
