Phnom Penh: At 7:10 pm on the 28th of January 2019, two males and two females were detained at a massage parlor on Street 371 in Moul Village, Dangkor District by anti-human trafficking police.
The operation was coordinated by Mrs. Srey Vanny, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Phnom Penh Court of First Instance. .
Prior to the raid, she received a complaint filed by the mother of a girl working in a massage parlor at the age of 17, where she had sex with clients .
To crack down on the sexual abuse case, police have taken the two males and two females to the Office of Counter-Trafficking and Minor Protection for further proceedings.
