Sihanoukville: At 9:30 am on January 26, 2019, about 50 Chinese workers protested and blocked the entrance to a construction site at Chhay Than Town Located in Group 2, Village 6 (Otres), Sangkat 4, Sihanouk Ville, Sihanoukville.
Police said that the workers were unhappy that the company did not pay the construction contractor.
