PHNOM PENH, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) – The Phnom Penh Municipal Court judge granted temporary bail to plastic surgery clinic owner Hov Dane and a plastic surgeon at 7.35 pm on January 24, 2019, according to a news source. The owner of Dermo Clinic and the surgeon had been detained in PJ prison since the ruling of Municipal Court investigating judge Mong Sophea on the afternoon of 5 January 2019.
The case involves complaints over patients being extorted by the clinic after corrective surgery and body enhancements.
