Kep: An accident left a man dead on January 23, 2019, along National Road No.33A,between Kilometer 26-27, Kep Province.
A white car travelling at high speed hit a motorcycle and fled the scene.
The victim was named as Sarin, a 48-year-old male resident of Kampot.
