Pawn Shop Owner Arrested Over Stolen Phone Fencing
Phnom Penh: A pawnshop shop Yi Hah “Heng Huot” was visited by cops after a group of young thieves were arrested for street robbery.
The shop, at 32Eo, Street 148, Sangkat Phsar Kandal I, Khan Toul Kork, was investigated on 18th January.
11 youths were arrested after a brutal street robbery of a Chinese man, and questioned by police. Interrogations led authorities to the pawn shop, where it is alleged the owner knowingly handled stolen goods and offered them for resale.
The owner of the pawn shop, along with evidence, was taken away for further questioning. NOKORWAT NEWS
