  1. Having lived here for over 8 years, I have seen this city become what it is now. I’m going to wait it out, because change is good and the dust will settle. The traffic congestion could be diminished if the traffic police actually went out and took care of some of the problem areas. We all kow where the most bottle necks occur and at what times. I’m at a loss that the police don’t know, or just don’t care. Furthermore, citations given out to some of the serious offenders may also help and RESTRICTING large truck travel during some peak hours, and NOT allowing cement trucks to block the roads as they dispence their goods on major throughfares.
