DANIEL STEPHAN HEINRICK, 77, was found to have no money and no food to eat.
Colonel Eung Bun, Kampong Cham provincial police chief has advised the relevant officials to cooperate with the Specialist Office to provide support, accommodation and adequate food to assist the elderly American until a solution can be found.
