Woman killed in $30k Robbery

Kandal: A  56-year-old woman was robbed of nearly $ 40,000 and murdered on January 14, 2019 in Boeung Roka Commune, Kandal Stung District, Kandal Province.

The victim, 56-year-old Chhun Tou, a house wife was found by her husband when he came home from work at 5 pm.

Lost items included US $ 30000, 2 million Riels, 2 gold necklaces, 5 gold ring and a gold bracelet.

After the incident, the local authorities came down to the scene and are investigating the case.
