Sihanoukville: (preliminary information) A cement truck went rolling into a house in front of Borei Chhor Sokha, Sangkat No. 3, Sihanoukville, at 10 am on January 12, 2019.
The incident caused partial damage to the building and property inside. Nobody was hurt.
