Phnom Penh A traffic accident happened between an Indian tuk tuk and a car left a driver seriously injured. The man was rescued by a 711 Intervention team and sent to hospital.

The incident took place at 5:10 am on January 12, 2019, on the Russian Federation Boulevard of Kbalaprey I Village, Kakap 1, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.

Chay Thang, a 45-year-old suffered serious injuries. He was escorted by a 711 rescue team to Preah Kossamak Hospital.
