There are a small number of people who do not love the environment and such a man was arrested at Phnom Penh’s Market Deumkor after urinating in Chenla Park .

The man was then made to mop and clean the headquarters of the market. According to the Facebook account, Chhuon Chhayarith, posted “This is a penalty to wipe out the headquarters of the market, let’s stop dirtying in public places, join the clean city. This young boy drenched the Chenla Gardens near the Deumkor Market 10-1-2019. We need this correction if you support to share. ”
