Drunk Chinese At It Again
Phnom Penh: 2 Chinese men, apparently drunk, were in a car when it crashed into the road divider and badly damaged the front of the vehicle. The two Chinese checked the situation and promptly made themselves scarce.
The incident happened at 1:30 am local time on the morning of January 9, 2019, along the Russian Federation BLVD.
According to the source, a RX300 was travelling at high speed when it hit the divider head on. Two drunk Chinese men got out the car, looked at the damage and fled into the night.
