Arrest After Brutal Battambang Robbery

Battambang: A man was arrested on January 7, 2019, following the order of Major General Uch Sokhon, Chief of Police of Battambang Province.

The detention was after a violent robbery of a bag that happened on  January 5, 2019 in Wat Rumdoul Village, Sangkat Chamkar Samrong, Battambang Town.

Police arrested a 34-year-old man named Chhiv Vin, living in Wat Lem village, Chamkar Samrong district, Battambang.

The victim, 36-year-old Sary, 36, lives in Prek Ta Cheng village, Prek Norin commune, Ek Phnom district, Battambang province.
