Russian Couple Found Dead in Sihanoukville

(Sihanoukville): Two foreigners, husband and wife were found dead in BS Condo, V4 / 38 in Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanouk Ville, Preah Sihanouk province, at 12:00 pm on the 4th of January 2019.

According to provincial police officials, the two foreigners, were husband and wife.
VIKTOR KHARLAMOV, male, aged 52, a Russian national.

LILIIA POSPELOVA , female, 58, also Russian.
