Chinese Dies of Head Wounds in SHK Street

(Preah Sihanouk): A Chinese man collapsed on a road in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, and was transported by ambulance to a clinic. The victim died before reaching hospital. The incident happened at 02:00 AM, at midnight on January 3, 2019.

According to a competent police official, the victim, ZHU YONGAN, born 28 December 1983, was a carpenter working in Borei Keo Asia in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.

The same authority stated that the dead man was killed after sustaining to serious head injuries. How these head injures were sustained is not clear.

Currently, the body is in the provincial hospital waiting for the embassy to decide what action to take.
