42 Year Old Finn Arto Rantonen OD’s in PP
Phnom Penh: A Finnish man was found dead at 7:00 am on December 3 at Guest House “No 10”, Village 6, Sangkat Sras Chork, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, room 218, 2nd floor.
According to police, ARTO SAMULI RANTONEN , a 42-year-old male born on March 12, 1976, checked in on the night of January 2, 2019, with his wife and planned to continue to Kampong Cham on January 3.
At 7:00 pm, the victim’s wife was shocked because her husband had died. The owner of the hotel immediately reported to the local authorities to come and inspect the body at the scene.
Later, Phnom Penh police and medical experts concluded the death was from a drug induced heart attack. Presently, the body has been moved to Stung Meanchey pagoda. The victim’s belongings were handed over to the Bureau of Investigation.
