More Drunk Chinese….

Phnom Penh: 5 drunken Chinese were involved in an accident at 2:40 am on December 31, 2018, along the Russian Blvd.

According to the source, five Chinese men and women in a white Highlander white ploughed into the central divider,causing damage to the vehicle but no injuries.

After the incident, the local authorities contacted took away the car. The fate of the driver is unreported.
