Camcontrol Chief Killed in Car Crash
Banteay Meanchey: Mr. Sam Atharaut, chief of CamControl at Boeung Traban border gate was reportedly killed after a car accident.
The incident happened at about 10 pm on the 28th in Chamkar Kak commune, Svay Chek district, Banteay Meanchey province.
According to authorities, the vehicle overturned and crashed into the water, killing the victim.
By morning, the body had not been pulled out, with police waiting for lifting equipment.
