Drunks on Moto Crash With Korean
Kampong Thom Province: On December 27, 2018, on National Road 6, between KM 124-125, one man was severely injured and another was slightly injured after a car hit a motorcycle.
The car was driven by Kwon Haean, a 43-year-old Korean national living in Siem Reap.
Yem Phan, 22, and Ket Peov, a 20-year-old passenger were not wearing a helmet.
An alcohol breath test on the motorcyclist gave a reading 61 micrograms/100ml, so he has been held responsible for the accident.
