School Boy Crash

Phnom Penh: Hundreds of Hun Sen Borey High School students were racing motorbikes and generally having a good time at 11am December, 25, 2018 opposite the Attwood Boulevard, Russian Blvd., Phsar Morn Village, Sangkat Oblekkom, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.  Unfortunately the play distracted one driver who hit a stopped tuk-tuk and was injured.

The police have not identified the injured student, but a friend of the accident victim said that he was a 10th grader at Hun Sen Borey School.

According to witnesses, a young man driving a Suzuki Next with number plate Phnom Penh 1DF-4491, was racing and collided with the tuk-tuk.  He was seen lying on the pavement with minor injuries after the crash.

Following the collision, the tuk-tuk driver drove away and the injured student was taken to an ambulance.  The friend left the scene.
