Banteay Meanchey Cut N’ Shut Bodyshop Busted
Banteay Meanchey: An illegal car garage was raided on the evening of December 25, 2018, in Kampong Svay, Serei Saophoan, Banteay Meanchey province.
Owner Sombun Thoeu, a 40-year-old male was charged with tax avoidance and putting together different cars to make a new one, known as cut n’shuts.
These cars are extremely dangerous to all road users.
The workshop has been closed down and the owner will be sent to the provincial court.
