Same Same Story, Same Same Place

PHNOM PENH: A drunk Chinese driver crashed at 4am on December 25th, 2018, outside Phnom Penh International Airport. Nobody apart from the car and road divider was injured.

After the incident, the police detained the driver and sent him to the police station for questioning. The car was moved to Phnom Penh Traffic Police Office, waiting for the case to be resolved according to the law. https://www.postnews.com.kh/local/398546
