PHNOM PENH, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) – The Cambodian Ministry of Interior (MoI) has sent three suspects to the Trial Chamber of Phnom Penh court on charges of kidnapping.

QING CHUN 2-CHENG JIAN BING and 3-CHI JIAN HUA were arrested on December 22 in Phnom Penh and Preah Sihanouk province.

According to sources, the victim, another Chinese was abducted after leaving NagaWorld casino in the area of Tonle Bassac, Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh.

Two days later, the family members of the victim went to the police to intervene after they were contacted with payment demands.
