15 Chinese Kidnappers Arrest Update

Phnom Penh: At 12:40 pm on Dec. 23, 2018, the police force, under instructions from the deputy prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, detained 15 Chinese nationals for alleged involvement in kidnapping.

The 15 were arrested at a Chinese supermarket on Camko Pass Road, Poung Puy Village, Toul Sangkei II, Khan Rousey Keo, Phnom Penh. 

A Lexus 570, batons, CS gas spray, knuckledusters, a tazer stun gun, other tools and electronic devices were taken as evidence.

The men have been sent to the Ministry of Interior to proceed with the law. https://www.postnews.com.kh/local/398187
