Phnom Penh: A 3 way accident occurred at 12:40 am, midnight on the 23rd December 2018, along Street 317, Boeung Kok II, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
According to a source from the scene, before the incident a white corolla 2K-3239, heading south had a collision with a Tacoma, 2Z-8191 and then hit a super luxury Rolls Royce.
The parties involved were negotiating, but did not have enough money to settle the matter. The vehicles were taken to the traffic bureau of Phnom Penh, waiting for a settlement.
