Koh Kong: At 5:50 pm, an unknown man climbed an electricity pylon in the village of Trapeang, Sre Ambel Commune. The district chief, Srei Sothy, ordered the power supply be switched off to avoid the man shocking himself.
However the man refused to come down and nobody was willing to risk themselves to take him. Then at 7:30 pm, he stripped naked and hanged himself from the cables.
