Sihanoukville: At 7 pm on Dec. 17, 2018, an accident happened when a Hilux Vigo with a license plate number 2R-3866, driven by Mr. Kin Dada, 23, a resident of Chreav Svay commune. Sre Ambel, Koh Kong, hit a buffalo crossing the road. The animal was killed and the car suffered serious damage.
The incident occurred in Rithy I Village 1, Keo Phos Commune, Steung Hav District, Preah Sihanouk Province. The driver of the Vigo escaped without any injuries.
