Published: A Chinese drunk driver with 3 passengers crashed in a standard road divider Vs. car accident.
The incident occurred at 9:40 pm on Dec. 17, 2018, along the Russian Blvd at Pochentong International Airport.
According to the source, before the incident, four Chinese people were driving a Camry. All 4 were drunk. Suddenly the car swerved and hit the concrete barrier, breaking the front wheel.
After they arrested the driver, the local authorities took the car to Phnom Penh police headquarters are waiting for legal settlement.
