10 Year Old Phone Thief Educated

Phnom Penh: A boy was caught stealing a phone at about 12.20 am on 16 December 2018 from soup shop on 2011, Sangkat Kakap 1, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.

The boy, who is 10 years old, appears to live on the streets. 
The victim, Teng Narin, a 20-year-old male, works in the soup shop.

According to sources at the scene, before the incident: the soup shop closed the fence and the staff went to home, but when the victim did not go to rest immediately. The boy got inside and allegedly stole a cellphone that was charging the bed and tried to jump over the fence, but was caught.

The boy given a educating talking to, bought some food, water, and sent on his way without charge.
