Meth Banana Split
Ratanakiri: According to the National Police Commissioner, on December 15, 2018, at 9:05 am, provincial prison officials detained a suspicious person who was found to be entering the provincial prison with illegal drugs.
The suspect, Vanna Vann, a 36 year old from Banlung town, Rattanakiri province, works as a moto-dop driver.
3 packets of white powder (methamphetamine), 1.85 grams in weight were found hidden inside bananas being taken to an inmate.
There have been cases of drugs hidden fruit before at the prison.
