Sihnoukville: According the Facebook page of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, torrential rain and thunderstorms hit Sihanoukville on the evening of 10 December 2018. This has caused some roads in the town to be flooded.

…The local government prohibited months ago to fill land and yet every new construction site is FILLED, no drainage, no nothing! Where on earth do you people think the water will go without streams, rivers or canalization ??? Now it goes into your houses…
