Phnom Penh: A Chinese man driving a Lexus RX-300 hit the road divider at 12:00 am on the 10th of December 2018, along Russian Blvd, in Sangkat Sras Chak, Khan Daun Penh.

According to the source, before the incident, two Chinese in the car were travelling at high speed before hitting the black and yellow concrete.

After the incident, local authorities came down and took the vehicle to Phnom Penh Road Traffic Office to resolve the matter.
