Phnom Penh: A Chinese driver, accompanied by a Cambodian woman hit 2 young men on a motorcycle, causing two injuries .
The incident occurred at 1 am, December 9, 2018, along Russian Federation Boulevard in Por Senchey district.
The injured men on a Honda Dream were taken to hospital, and the Chinese driver was arrested.
Both the car and motorbike were taken to Phnom Penh Road Traffic Police Station.
