Phnom Penh: A Chinese drunk driver crashed into a utility pole battery causing serious damage on 371 Street in O’Chea Kok district, Sen Sok district, late on the night of December 8, 2018.
After the incident, the police arrested the driver and took him to the Sen Sok Inspectorate to question and to follow the rules of procedure.
