Banteay Meanchey: On December 06, 2018, at 10:00 AM, the Light Criminal Police Office received two suspects. Wong Chi Pang, a 41-year-old, and Hui Hung Shun 42 are Chinese residing in Poipet.
They are accused of document fraud and not paying import tax relating to a right hand drive Toyota Alphard.
The investigation will proceed in line with the law.
