CCTV footage has been spread across Facebook, after a pair of thieves snatched a phone on December 5, 2018, at 5:49 am, in Prek Pnov Market.
Luck was the side of the owner, as market workers saw the incident and managed to knock the thieves from their motorcycle.
The fate of the robbers is unknown.
