German, Reinhard Wagemann, 68, Dies in PP

Phnom Penh: At 8:00 am on Wednesday  December 5, 2018, a man died above the clinic of Dr. Nov Kim San, Street 113, Group 8, Village 2, Sangkat Boeung Prolit, Khan 7 Makara.

Medical staff from the clinic discovered the body.

The victim, Reinhard Wagemann, 68, had been living in the rented room since September 4, 2018. For the last few days, the victim did not go out of the room, and a noticeable smell was emanating from the property. Local police arrived and found the man dead..

Forensic victims concluded that he died from heart attack.  The body was taken to  the Russian hospital, waiting for the embassy to act accordingly.
