Meth Dealer Granny Busted

Banteay Meanchey: A series of drug raids in Malai district, Banteay Meanchey province, led to the arrest of 3 people.

First Oeung Sarin, a 29 year old farmer living in Thma Bach village, Boeung Beng commune, Malai district, Banteay Meanchey was caught with 121 WY “yamma” pills.

According to Oeun Sarin’s confession, these drugs were bought from Chuan Kimhou (known as Mao) living in Orusseh village, Orsampor Commune, Malai District, Banteay Meanchey Province. 

On December 1, 2018, at 6:10 pm,  Mao was taken in for questioning, and confessed to buying drugs from Su Pha Srey, aged 60.

The old lady was visited and found to have 89 pills, leaving the total seized as 210.

The suspects and evidence have been forwarded to the provincial court, and legal procedures have begun.
