Man Wounded in Mali Bombing Returns Home

Phnom Penh: Mr. Phin Saran, a contractual staff member of the United Nations De-mining Action Plan (UNMAS), and one of the four civilian injured in a suicide bomb attack by rebels in Mali, was sent back to Cambodia on Tuesday. December 2018.

Phin Saran and three other civilians were wounded after a suicide bomber attack on November 12, 2018.
