Sihanoukville: A Chinese man who was dissed by a fellow Chinese man took a knife , and stabbed his countryman.
The victim was seriously injured and died in the provincial hospital on Dec. 2, 2018.
Police later arrested Li RUMING, a24-year-old male Chinese restaurant worker.
The victim, WA Rong was also an employee at the same restaurant, HU MING TAN, in Village 4.
Police have also taken the murder weapon, a knife, as evidence to prepare a court case.
