Three Arrested for Attack on Chinese

Sihanoukville: 3 suspects were arrested at 2.50 pm on 30 November 2018 at the Casino Duong 15 Village 4, Sangkat 4, Municipality – Sihanouk Province.

The suspects, aged between 14 and 18 years old are accused of attacking a Chinese man. They told police they were angry at the Chinese making a mess in the streets and wanted to beat some up. All three were also on drugs.

The case is to be sent to the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Court.
