SIEM REAP: Siem Reap Provincial Police Commissariat detained two suspects at 10:30 am, November 28, 2018, at a restaurant in Svay Dangkum village, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap town.
The two suspects were both ladyboys, who were released from prison in 2017 after serving sentences for similar crimes.
Victim, JAMES MICHAEL SARZOTTI, an American man living in Ksam Krom village Be Taphul village of Siem Reap’s Svay district, made a complaint of theft against the pair of shemales.
After questioning the two suspects confessed to stealing a white IPHONE X from victim at around 3 am on November 25, 2018 at the Night Market.
Both are being sent to court for legal proceedings.
