Kampong Thom: At 01:05 am on November 30, 2018, there an accident involving two trucks, which caused serious injuries to a man on National Highway 06 in Kampong Veng Village, Can Thmor Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province.
The truck transporting Oishi soft drinks was hit by another truck after it overturned, spilling cargo over the road.
Authorities said that the primary cause was caused by the overturned truck on the road, no warning signs and no lighting, along with driver error..
After the incident, the vehicles were kept at the Stoung District Police Inspectorate for further settlement.
