Trio Arrested After Poipet Attack
Banteay Meanchey: Three suspects were detained after attempting to attack a Chinese man in Poipet. Kim Sreng, a 43-year-old moto dop driver was injured in the leg after trying to intervene and save the foreigner after he heard shouting.
The incident took place at 10pm on November 26, 2018, in Kbal Spean I Village, Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province.
The suspects Thy Pang Leang, Van Pisal and Noun Hour, are all 18 years old.
All three were detained on November 27, 2018, and the police are investigating the case.
