Phnom Penh: On Tuesday 27 November 2018, the Central Administration Police Station, Psah Thmei 3, Khan Daun Penh, brought in a foreigner who was acting crazy on street 51.
The man was said to be creating disorder in the streets, blocking traffic and being mentally unbalanced.
Has been detained and sent to the General Department of Immigration to carry out the proceedings of the law.
