You Can Hit and Run, but You Can’t Hide
Phnom Penh: A Camry collided with a motorcycle causing the rider to injure his left leg at 4 pm on 24 November 2018 along Victory Road (Oknha Ly Yong Phat), Sangkat Prek Tasek, Khan Chroy Changvar.
The car, 2AI-2939, then fled the scene.
According to the source, the car drove to a guesthouse in Chroy Changvar, and hid behind the private parking curtain.
Police quickly discovered the hidey hole, and, although blame for the accident has not been ascertained, both vehicles and the car driver were taken to the Traffic Police Office of Phnom Penh.
